Products cannot be returned due to color variations from monitor/lighting differences. Sale items can only be exchanged for wrong items with delivery charges applied. Damaged products can be reported within 6 working days for replacement and reimbursement of delivery costs with a receipt. To request an exchange or return, customers must contact customer service and provide their order number, reason for exchange/return, desired item for exchange, and a picture of the received product. I like the way it looks, the quality is great but the ends of my phone from the front are completely exposed. You can see the silver line of iPhone too. If my phone takes a fall the corners will be the first to break because of no protection. So, as cute as it looks, it doesn’t fulfil the function I got it for.
