Return & Exchange

Shopack, our top priority is to provide a smooth and positive customer experience. We have a 7-day return/exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange/ Return

Items are only eligible for exchange if they are unused, sealed, the wrong variation/product, or otherwise defective.

All the images on our website are of genuine products. The exact color of the final item may vary slightly due to differences in monitors/screens and lighting used during the photo shoot. As a result, products cannot be returned because of this.

Any item that is on SALE cannot be returned. Only wrong items can be exchanged for items on SALE (delivery charges applied)

After receiving a claim for a damaged product, Shopack will look into the problem within 6 working days, replace the items, and reimburse the delivery costs once you attach a receipt for the courier fees.

Process for Exchange/Return

You may contact our customer service representative at +92 3180660725 within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. You can send us back the product by any courier service. The exchange item will be delivered by our service but we will wait till your parcel arrived at our given address, To apply for an exchange or Return, you must provide the following information:

Reason for Return or Exchange:
Item required in exchange (if you want to exchange):
A picture of the product received (if necessary):

Note: Replacement charges of Rs. 200/- will be applicable.
