Return & Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our online stationery store. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy:

    • We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you received an item that is different from what you ordered.

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Here is the Email: info@shopack.pk

    • We will replace the defective or damaged item, or the incorrect item, with the correct one at no additional cost to you. We may ask you to return the original item, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange.

    • If you are exchanging an item due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, a fee of 200 rupees will be applicable for the exchange.

    • No Returns & Exchange for Handmade products.
    Return Policy:

      • We accept returns for items that are unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

      • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

      • You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return, and we will refund the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping costs.

      • If you placed an order for 5000 rupees or more, we will require an advance payment of 20% of the order total before processing your order.

      • No Returns & Exchange for Handmade products.

      Please note:

      • We cannot accept exchanges or returns for personalized or customized items, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

      • We cannot accept exchanges or returns for digital items, such as e-books or digital downloads.

      • If you are returning an item, please send us back at 44/16, Sector 11-G, North Karachi, Karachi.

      • Please ensure that the returned item is packaged securely and include the original packing slip with the return.

      • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet our criteria.

      • Some colors in T-shirt cannot be exchange or return such as White, Lilac & Neon.
      • We take advance payments on custom made orders.
      • Refund amount of your product will be process in 7-10 working days.
