Shopack prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a 7-day return/exchange policy for orders. Eligible items for exchange include unused, sealed, wrong products, or defective items. Products cannot be returned due to color variations from monitor/lighting differences. Sale items can only be exchanged for wrong items with delivery charges applied. Damaged products can be reported within 6 working days for replacement and reimbursement of delivery costs with a receipt. To request an exchange or return, customers must contact customer service and provide their order number, reason for exchange/return, desired item for exchange, and a picture of the received product.
